비고 1. 입찰서는 G2B 전자입찰서 제출이며, 제출여부는 나라장터 시스템의 “전자문서함” - “보낸문서함”에서 확인하여야 합니다. 2. 별도의 현장설명회는 없으며, 입찰참가자는 사전에 본 공고 및 첨부 내역서를 숙지 후 참가 바랍니다. 미숙지로 인한 책임은 입찰참가자에 있습니다.
3. 입찰참가자격
가. 아래 자격을 모두 갖춘 자이어야 합니다. 1) 경상국립대학교병원 회계규정 제229조에 의한 유자격자. 2) 물품구매 입찰유의서, 물품구매 계약 일반조건 및 계약특수조건을 승낙하고 입찰에 필요한 소정의 서류를 등록마감일시까지 제출한 자. 3) 의료기기법 제17조(판매업 등의 신고)의 요건을 구비한 자로 규격서(해당부서 및 의공실의 확인을 받을 것) 동등 이상의 물품 공급이 가능한 자. 4) 「중소기업기본법」제2조 제2항에 따른 중·소기업 또는「소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제2조에 따른 소상공인으로서「중소기업 범위 및 확인에 관한 규정」에 따라 발급된 중·소기업 또는 소상공인 확인서를 소지한 자. 나. 아래 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 위 입찰참가자격을 모두 갖춘 경우에도 입찰에 참여할 수 없습니다. 1) 회계규정 제219조에 의하여 입찰참가 자격의 제한을 받고 있는 자. 2) 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제27조의5 및 「같은 법 시행령」 제12조제3항에 따라 ‘조세포탈 등을 한 자’로서 유죄판결이 확정된 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 자. 다. 입찰참가자격의 판단기준일은 물품구매 입찰유의서 제3조의 2에 따릅니다.
