Documentation 4.1 General 4.1.1 The contractor shall submit technical documents in English, covering all aspects and components of the TAVTS. 4.1.2 Documents shall be provided by one (1) hard copy, and one (1) digital copy. 4.1.3 Draft documents shall be provided until the beginning of the site installation. 4.1.4 Final documents if modified from the draft documents shall be provided after site installation. 4.2 Required documents 4.2.1 User Manuals - Hardware operation and maintenance manuals - Software operation manuals - Hardware mechanical and electrical drawings - COTS item manuals 4.2.2 Spare parts list 4.2.3 Preliminary Design Review minutes 4.2.4 Critical Design Review minutes 4.2.5 Factory Acceptance Test report 4.2.6 Site Acceptance Test report 4.2.7 Training material 4.2.8 Inventory of shipped items 4.2.9 Service and support plan after delivery

5. Delivery 5.1 The TAVTS shall be shipped within twelve (12) months after EDC. 5.2 Installation, testing and training shall be completed by DEC.15.2027. 6. Warranty 6.1 The contractor shall warrant the delivered TAVTS for a period of one (1) year from the date on which ADD approves the site acceptance test results. 7. Logistics Support 7.1 The contractor shall be able to provide spare parts and technical support for maintaining the delivered system more than 5 years after completion of delivery. 8. Evaluation Criteria for Bidders 8.1 Bidder shall have the ISO‐9001 certificate for vibration test systems. 8.2 Bidder shall have first‐hand knowledge and experience in developing and manufacturing TAVTS. 8.3 Bidder shall have at least two (2) sales records of TAVTS during the last five (5) years. The sales records shall be proved by certificate of delivery and acceptance document. 8.4 Bidder shall have integrated logistics support system for TAVTS including emergency repair, spare parts supply and on‐site technical assistance. 8.5 The evidence for the above requirements shall be included in the proposal. 8.6 The evaluation for bidders is to the ADD’s discretion.

9. Export License 9.1 The plan to acquire an export license shall be included in the proposal. 9.2 Contractor shall be responsible for the acquiring of an export license. 10. Terms of Payment 10.1 After shipment subject to successful FAT: 90 % 10.2 After installation, testing and training at user’s site: 10% 11. Travel and Lodging Expenses 11.1 ADD is responsible for travel and lodging expenses for ADD members for all meetings and trainings at the contractor’s premises. 11.2 The contractor is responsible for travel and lodging expenses for the contractor’s members for all meetings and trainings at the ADD’s premises.
