6. 특수조건 1) 입찰자는 입찰참가 시 납품예정 부품의 정품인증서를 반드시 첨부하여야 한다. 2) The c ontractor m ust conduct a final inspection prior to delivery. 3) If an inspector discovers defects, damage, or missing components during inspection, the contractor must replace the parts with new ones or restore them to a condition equivalent to new within the delivery period. Failure to complete such measures within the delivery period shall be deemed a failure to deliver. 4) The contractor shall bear all costs incurred up to the final destination (including air freight, insurance premiums, inland transportation charges, and other related expenses). (Delivered at Place – DAP) 9. Quality Assurance and Defect Warranty ○ The warranty period shall begin on the date of delivery. If any defect is found during this period, the delivered parts must be repaired or otherwise remedied immediately. ○ If defects are found during inspection or performance testing of the delivered parts, the contractor shall supply parts of equivalent or better performance. ○ Repaired parts must have undergone a complete disassembly inspection before the delivery deadline. ○ In the event of a defect, the period required for defect correction, from the date of defect request to completion, shall be added to and extend the warranty period. ○ After the warranty period has expired, technical data necessary for operation of the delivered parts shall be provided to the Korea National Park Service free of charge. However, if mutually agreed otherwise, payment may be made.
