Configurations of Goods (장비의 구성) 1. Vaping Machine 1 set (주장비) 1) 5-8 ports Vaping machine to test e-cigarettes simultaneously

Accessories (부대장비) 1) Electrostatic trapping unit and device support kit 2) Smoke Temperature sensor 3) Pressure Drop(PD) measuring option with calibration standards Ⅲ. Performance & Specification (규격) A. Features 1. The vaping machine is suitable for the puffing of both puff-activated and button activated electronic puffing devices 2. The vaping machine is able to hold and test different kinds of electronic puffing devices. 3. Preheating of button activated electronic puffing devices is programmable 4. The vaping machine alllows the vaping of electronic puffing devices in horizontal and angled position.
5. (Electrostatic HV1 and deice specific kit 2) The electrostatic trapping unit shall be capable of collecting metal constituents, including heavy metals, from mainstream smoke/aerosol in a quartz tube using an electrostatic trapping principle for subsequent analysis. 6. (Smoke Temperature Sensor) The mainstream smoke/aerosol temperature sensor shall be installable at the mouthpiece or at the point of mainstream smoke/aerosol generation of a heated tobacco product or e-cigarette, and shall be capable of measuring and recording the temperature during vaping. 7. (PD Measuring Option) The pressure drop measuring unit shall be capable of measuring changes in draw resistance during vaping caused by heat-induced filter deformation or changes in the device’s heating conditions, thereby enabling evaluation of changes in the product’s physical characteristics and in-use performance. B. Specification Vaping port of machine: 5 – 8 Sample diameter: Ø 4,5 – Ø 9,0 mm (ISO3308 modified in accordance with CRM81) or wider E-cigarette holder: designed especially for CRM81 and ISO3308 Sample length : 60-250mm or wider Number of samples per port: 1-10 Number of puffs per samples: 1-999 Puff volume: 5-200ml or wider Puff duration: 1.0-9.9 sec or wider Puff parameter sets: ISO, MAS, CAN, CRM81 and definable by operator Electrical connection: 100-240V AC. 50-60Hz Ⅳ.
