| Ⅰ. End-user's Use(용도) 1. This system is a fully automated, computer controlled sequential type Energy Dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for the analysis of elements from Na to U. 2. The computer provides fully automatic control of sample changing, measurement parameter selection, data collection, data processing and output in qualitative and quantitative measurement modes. 3. This system can analysis powder, solid and liquid sample and measure the thickness and concentration of thin film. 4. After qualitative analysis on bulk and thin film sample, quantitative analysis can be made using FP method without a standard sample. 5. The system utilizes indirect excitation to reduce the background(Bremsstrahlung) which is commonly associated with analytical error. The result is a high signal to noise ratio spectrum for optimum analytical performance for light and heavy element applications.
