6. 낙찰자결정방법 가. 규격적합자 중 최저가 입찰자 나. 가격입찰은 가격입찰일까지에 국가종합전자조달시스템(나라장터)에 제출 다. 규격 평가는 첨부된 규격/기술 심사기준에 따름 7. 입찰의 무효 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」제39조 및 동법시행규칙 제44조의 규정에 의함 8. 기타사항 - 본 사업은 「소프트웨어 진흥법」 제50조에 따른 과업내용 확정을 위하여 과업심의위원회를 미개최한 사업임 - 본 사업은 「소프트웨어 진흥법」 제50조, 같은 법 시행령 제47조 제1항 제2호, 제3호에 따른 과업내용 변경 및 그에 따른 계약금액·계약기간 조정이 필요한 경우, 계약상대자는 국가기관등의 장에게 소프트웨어사업 과업변경요청서*를 제출하여 과업심의위원회 개최를 요청할 수 있으며, 국가기관등의 장은 과업심의위원회 개최요청에 대해서 특별한 사정이 없으면 수용해야 함 * 「소프트웨어사업 계약 및 관리감독에 관한 지침」 별지 13호 서식 참조 - 본 사업은 20억원 미만 사업으로 「소프트웨어 진흥법」 제48조 및 중소 소프트웨어사업자의 사업 참여 지원에 관한 지침 제2조, 제3조에 따라 대기업 및 중견기업인 소프트웨어 사업자의 입찰 참여를 제한함 - 본 사업은 소프트웨어 진흥법 제48조에 따라 ‘상호출자제한기업집단소속회사’는 입찰에 참여할 수 없음 - 본 사업은 소프트웨어 유지보수로 별도 하자담보 책임기간은 없음 9. 유의사항 가. 입찰에 참가하고자 하는 자는 조달청전자입찰시스템 이용약관 등 기타 입찰에 필요한 모든 사항을 입찰 전에 숙지하여야 하며 숙지하지 못한 책임은 입찰참가자에게 있습니다.

Ⅰ. 용도(End-user's Use) ○ Geological and geophysical interpretation software designed for basin-scale geological modeling through structural and stratigraphic analysis. ○ The software enables integrated interpretation of seismic and geological data, supporting structural interpretation, stratigraphic analysis, seismic attribute analysis, and subsurface characterization. ○ To ensure stable operation and continuous usability of geological and geophysical interpretation software. ○ To provide maintenance and technical support for integrated seismic and geological interpretation workflows. Ⅱ. 장비의 구성(Configurations of Goods) The maintenance service shall cover the following existing software modules currently in operation at KIGAM: License ID #1 (4 modules):

1. Geological Interpretation Module (EarthPAK STA-COR) — 1 license 2. 3D Visualization Module (VuPAK STA-COR) — 1 license 3. Seismic Attribute Analysis Module (RSA STR-COR) — 1 license 4. Seismic Interpretation Module (2D/3DPAK STA-COR) — 1 license License ID #2 (2 modules): 5. Seismic Interpretation Module (2D/3DPAK STA-ADV) — 1 license 6. Geological Interpretation Module (EarthPAK STA-ADV) — 1 license Ⅲ. 성능 및 규격(Performance and Specification) 1. General Requirements for Maintenance - The maintenance service shall ensure continuous operation and optimal performance of the software. - The supplier shall provide software updates, upgrades, and patches during the maintenance period. - Technical support shall be provided for troubleshooting, error correction, and user guidance. - The maintenance service shall cover all modules and functions described below.

2) Geological interpretation Module (Earth core&advance) - The software should include the following functions: . Presentation plots with Spatial Explorer including connections to Esri layer based mapping . Completion optimization with Frac Explorer . Supports multiple sections that are easy to create and manipulate for picking formation tops with and without digital and raster logs, 2D and 3D seismic data, perforations, cores, production data, and other borehole information . Allows posting attributes, bubble maps, culture, log signature maps, and highlight wells using multiple colors and symbols . Enables easy creation of structure and stratigraphic maps with contours using highly performant and accurate algorithms such as Flex Gridding . Build multiple structure and thickness maps that honor geological framework rules with a single click of a button transforming mapping to an entirely new level of efficiency . Innovative Geosteering enables integrated workflows across the entire asset team for better decision making

3) 3D visualization Module(Vu) - The software should include the following functions: . 3D visualization of both 2D and 3D seismic data using multiple animation modes . Display and manipulate geological cross sections, create fence diagrams . Perform geological interpretation by utilizing Unit Fill Modeling functionality . Visualize multiple surveys and data types in the same 3D display window . Horizon interpretation in 3D space: manual, auto and voxel-based. . Fault surface interpretation: vertical (both seismic and cross sections) and/or zslices . Display grids and contours, wells and well data: tops, logs (including the lathe option),perforations and completion intervals, display and edit control point sets . Opacity and color histogram, data co-blending . Highlight special features using 2D crossplot . Record VuPAK movies in AVI format . Microseismic data analysis and display of AVO attributes . Integration across Kingdom modules, including the Dynamic Map Update

4) Seismic Attribute analysis(RSA) - The software should include the following functions: . Instantaneous Attributes . Wavelet Attributes . Geometric Attributes . Spectral Decomposition . Time and Depth (Frequency and Wavenumber) domains are supported 3. System 1) The software can be installed and run general Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 operation systems. 2) The license is valid in Korea institute of geoscience and mineral resources. 3) The license serial number is provided for the installation and operation.
